At Dermalogica, we stand behind every product we sell, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We strive to ensure your skin health journey is seamless, offering a straightforward process for all authorized online orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
